dnaclust software package provides tool for clustering millions of short DNA sequences, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dnaclust
dnaclust is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dnaclust package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dnaclust *
You will get with dnaclust package name, version, architecture and description in a table
